The second section will be for men and women who have already mastered the basics and are looking for more advanced tutorials.

Beginners Guide to Learning More Parkour

First of all welcome to the sport of parkour. Before we move on it is crucial that you realize that parkour can be a dangerous sport if not done correctly. It is also a high impact game, so make sure with a physician that your body is able to handle it.

Now to Start with the moves.

Another group that provides good educational videos are the Laflair Parkour videos. They’re somewhat more comedic compared to the Tapp Brothers.
